How and where are your products being used?

For medical educators
Rare and complex diseases do not come by often. But if and when they do, medical professionals can perfect their skills ahead of time – either during medical education or pre-surgical refresher courses.

For other healthcare professionals
Research laboratories, medical device companies, and implant makers can leverage disease and pathology representing replicas to better communicate their results and products – from specialists to novices to the general public.

For physicians, surgeons, and nurses
In a world filled with many challenging medical surgeries and interventions, medical procedures can be practiced and fine-tuned before the actual surgery or intervention.

Are your products 3D printed and what technology do you use?

Most of our products involve more than one technology to achieve the necessary cutting-edge realism (anatomical accuracy, tactile feedback, etc.). DICOM to 3D conversion and Multi-Material Additive Manufacturing are our main technology drivers.

Do you do bioprinting?

No. At AuMed, we produce highly realistic, anatomically and pathologically accurate organs and tissue replicas for surgical preparation and/or advanced medical education.

Is it possible to customize an anatomical model for medical education/device demonstration purposes?

I am a surgeon and I would like to have a replica of an organ of my patient. Is it possible for me to send over DICOM (e.g. CT/MRI) for you to convert it to a realistic model for presurgical planning?

Do I need an account to buy the models?

Creating an account is fast, simple, and totally free. With an account, you can save your billing information, delivery address, and access your order tracking and history easily. From time to time, we will offer promo codes.

What payment method do you accept?

We ONLY accept payment through PayPal.

Do you ship worldwide?

Absolutely. We ship worldwide from Singapore. Please contact us for details on shipment details. Please note that all international orders are FINAL, and no refund or exchange is accepted.

How long does delivery take?

Upon receiving your order, we aim to ship within 1 –2 weeks. A notification email will be sent to you when the item has been shipped, including tracking information.
